In the rare event that your marriage license application is not approved by the relevant authorities, we will refund 100% of your payment. We understand this can be disappointing, and we want to ensure you don't incur any financial loss.
If you need to cancel your marriage after your license has been approved but before your ceremony takes place, we will provide a 50% refund. This allows us to cover administrative costs while still protecting you from the full financial impact of cancellation.
Once your marriage ceremony has been completed and your marriage certificate has been processed, no refunds will be provided. At this point, you have received the full service as contracted, and the marriage is legally binding.
All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team for alternative arrangements.
