Two different ways to plan
No waiting period does not remove the other steps
Nevada does not impose a waiting period after a marriage license is issued. However, a couple still needs the license and a lawful ceremony. Current Clark County instructions require both applicants to appear together to complete the license process unless a specific single-party exception applies. Starting an application online is not a general substitute for that final step.
A Nevada marriage license is for a ceremony in Nevada. The local no-waiting rule does not make the license usable in every place or by every video-call arrangement. If you have already obtained a Nevada license, identify the exact ceremony you intend to use it for. A quick decision about the wedding location should not leave you with paperwork prepared for a different process.
Privacy also deserves a separate conversation. Nevada marriage records are public documents; a small guest list does not make a public record confidential. Our online service should not be chosen on the assumption that it automatically creates a confidential marriage either. Decide how you want to share the occasion with family while keeping questions about official records separate from the size and style of the event.

The team can explain preparation steps, but do not buy or upload a second license on the assumption that both routes need the same paperwork.
After the ceremony, make a list of the places that need evidence of your marriage. A souvenir document, a ceremony recording and an official certificate serve different purposes. If a document will go overseas, ask what the receiving office requires before selecting authentication support. An apostille authenticates an official document; it is not a promise that every country, immigration program or organization will accept the marriage for every purpose.

Choose an available appointment after the required preparation. You and your partner join by video with an officiant and two adult witnesses. We can provide the witnesses, or you can bring your own.
Choose document support
The $399 package includes the ceremony. The $899 package adds apostille authentication for your marriage certificate. Both have a separate government marriage license fee. An apostille authenticates a document; it does not guarantee acceptance.

Does a private Nevada wedding create a confidential record?
