Two different ways to plan
Immediate validity does not remove the application visit
Wyoming’s courts explain that both applicants go to the issuing office for the local license. The state does not require previous or current Wyoming residency. Couples should be ready with identification and the requested personal details, including information about prior marriages where applicable.
Once issued, the local Wyoming license is effective immediately and expires one year after issuance if unused. That does not mean an officiant is included in the application visit. The legal ceremony still needs to be arranged with an authorized person, and the paperwork must follow the local process.
Our service is a separate remote option. We do not complete the Wyoming application visit on your behalf or attach its license to a video call. If you choose our service, agree on the place each partner will join from and check the call time in both locations. Work through the required account information, prepare identification as instructed and confirm the witness plan. You can organize a family gathering separately from the legal ceremony. Afterward, follow the correct certificate request process, since the authority that recorded the marriage may be different from the state where you live. If you decide to change routes, pause new applications until you understand what the existing paperwork does and does not allow.

Choose an available appointment after the required preparation. You and your partner join by video with an officiant and two adult witnesses. We can provide the witnesses, or you can bring your own.
Choose document support
The $399 package includes the ceremony. The $899 package adds apostille authentication for your marriage certificate. Both have a separate government marriage license fee. An apostille authenticates a document; it does not guarantee acceptance.
